About Kulissa

Kulissa is a voice AI sales coach for interviewing, onboarding and continuous training. Managers upload their playbooks, product docs, evaluation criteria and best calls. Maya, the AI sales coach, builds the room from them and sends in live voice AI buyers who interrupt, object, hesitate and push back like real people. Every session is transcribed and scored against the company's own methodology, with feedback that quotes the transcript. Built in Zurich and Paris. Kulissa won the Cursor Track at the RAISE Summit Hackathon 2026, is part of NVIDIA Inception, and works with ElevenLabs, Google for Startups, Anthropic, BCG and ETH Student Project House.

About the Product

Maya is the AI sales coach by Kulissa. She turns your sales playbooks into live voice roleplay: AI buyers interrupt and push back, then every session is scored against your own methodology with transcript-quoted feedback. One coach for sales hiring (same buyer and rubric for every applicant, ranked shortlist), onboarding and continuous training. Nothing to install: a browser and a microphone. English, French and German. Demo: https://kulissa.com/maya

Fernando Leyra (CEO), Sergey Novikov (CTO), Yanik Almer (CPO), Enes Sarituc (CRO). Team of 4, based in Zurich and Paris.
