Der MediaTech Hub Potsdam ist Deutschlands einziger Digital Hub mit klarem Fokus auf Medientechnologien und zugleich das offizielle Startup-Zentrum Brandenburg.
Am Standort Babelsberg bündelt der Hub relevante MediaTech-Themen, Technologien und Akteur:innen an der Schnittstelle von Medien, Technologie und Wirtschaft. Er bringt Startups, Medienunternehmen, Industrie, Forschung und Investoren zusammen, ordnet technologische Entwicklungen ein und unterstützt deren Überführung in konkrete Anwendungen und Geschäftsmodelle.
Im einzigartigen Ökosystem Babelsberg arbeiten junge Technologieunternehmen direkt mit Akteur:innen aus Film, Fernsehen, Streaming und Produktion zusammen und testen neue Lösungen unter realen Bedingungen. Mit etablierten Early-Stage-Startup-Programmen des MTH Accelerator, kuratierten Events und der MediaTech Hub Conference schafft der MediaTech Hub Potsdam Orientierung im Markt, beschleunigt Innovationsprozesse und leistet nachhaltigen Beitrag zur Entwicklung des MediaTech-Ökosystems in Brandenburg, dem DACH-Raum und darüber hinaus.
