Tim Bogdan as Ex-Company Builder in Healtech was confronted with the complicated care bureaucracy himself when he had to manage the care for his grandmother. Together with his colleague Jakub Slawinski, Head of Growth, they investigated the inefficiencies in the care space. They teamed up with Kristian Eick, Ex-CEO of a care provider with 14 years care industry expertise and Karsten Scholz, Software Engineer with 20 years programming experience. Combining entrepreneurial experience, care expertise and tech competency, they founded MehrPflegegeld.de.
