n3tz is a software company based in Saarbrücken, Germany. We develop custom software, websites and web applications, integrate existing systems, and help businesses apply AI to practical workflows.

Griffi is an intelligent office colleague for trades and local service businesses. It brings customer enquiries from telephone, website chat and email into a shared workspace for contacts, cases, tasks and document drafts. Teams can prepare callbacks, appointments, quotes and responses from the same context.

Language models help capture, structure and draft information using approved business knowledge. Voice interactions also use speech recognition and speech synthesis. Defined tools, permissions and approval steps control subsequent actions. People review drafts, outgoing messages and sensitive decisions.
