About Nonverbia

Nonverbia makes video selling clear. We turn real buyer behavior—attention, reactions, interaction patterns—into guidance sales teams can use right away. Founded in 2024 in Prague, our mission is to help revenue teams run sharper discovery, avoid low-intent calls, and move deals faster. Long term, we’re building a coaching layer for every business conversation.

About the Product

Nonverbia analyzes sales meetings beyond the transcript. It decodes eye contact, expressions, head movement, gestures, talk balance, and questions to reveal what landed and why. You get clip-backed coachable moments, engagement timelines, and CRM-ready next steps. Teams shorten ramp, catch friction early, and repeat what works. Post-call analysis is live; optional in-call coaching is in pilot. Privacy controls are built in.

Nonverbia is led by:

David Simak (CEO) – sales, marketing, and group-communication lead; drives go-to-market and customer outcomes.

Michal Mokros (CTO) – product architecture and full-stack delivery; builds reliable, scalable systems.

Jan Zaloudek (CAIO) – machine-learning and video-analysis lead; designs models that map behavior to insight.
