NGS-Diagnostik: Noscendo baut Plattform aus - transkript Das Duisburger Start-up Noscendo hat eine Partnerschaftsvereinbarung mit dem Universitätsklinikum Bonn geschlossen. Ziel ist, das Bonner Wissen um Antibiotikaresistenzen von Krankheitserregern in Noscendos Diagnostik-Plattform Disqvr zu integrieren. Das auf neuen Sequenzierungsmethoden (NGS) basierende Verfahren nutzt Flüssigbiopsien – also Blutstropfen der Patienten.
