About Selfapy

Selfapy is a platform with the aim to help people with mental disorders like depression, anxiety or burnout. For this purpose, online self-help courses are offered, which teach affected people the strategies of cognitive behavioural therapy. The online courses are accompanied by weekly conversations with psychologists. The effectiveness of the online program was evaluated and found to be effective in an independent study conducted by the University Hospital Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE).
