The CodeCave GmbH is a bootstrapped software company from Frechen near Cologne. We build small, focused products and publish how they work instead of hiding behind a black box: every scoring product ships with its rubric and its documented limits in public.

We sell one-time purchases rather than subscriptions wherever the product allows it, and we do not train AI models on customer documents.

CV Score (https://cvscore.net) is an AI CV and resume checker for job seekers. It reads a PDF and scores it across 8 professional categories computed from 48 individual criteria - contact header, summary, work experience, education, skills, layout, language and ATS readiness - and explains every finding instead of returning a single opaque number. The assessment is free and takes about 60 seconds; the detailed Fix Report with rewritten before/after passages is a one-time purchase. The full rubric and the documented limits are published at cvscore.net/methodology: CV Score reviews the document, it does not simulate an employer ATS and it does not predict interviews. CVs are never used for AI training and can be deleted at any time.

LaunchRepo (https://launchrepo.dev) is a directory-launch boilerplate for developers who already run an AI coding agent such as Claude Code, Codex or Cursor. It ships researched directory playbooks, a product-context format and a submission tracker, so the repetitive part of launching - finding the free route on each platform, filling the form, recording the result - is done by the agent while the developer reviews and approves. It contains no built-in AI model and no hosted service: users bring their own agent, and CAPTCHAs, payments and approvals stay with them. One-time purchase, no subscription.
