About VENMATE
We have built up B2B SaaS companies ourselves and looked after customers. We therefore know about the difficulties and the potentials that lie in customer success. Especially for B2B SaaS companies, customer loyalty and thus customer success is essential to become successful. That's why we decided to build the tool we would have liked to have. We want to enable real customer centricity so that customers are looked after in the best possible way and long-term relationships can be created.
About the Product
VENAMTE is a software tool for Customer Success Managers in B2B SaaS companies. It covers the entire CSM process holistically from sales handover to expansion. The documentation of all customer interactions enables detailed customer insights and data-driven decision-making to maximize customer lifetime value
About the Team
Are you part of this team?The founders Felix and Leopold have jointly built up corporate ventures before founding VENMATE in summer 2023. During the corporate venture building time, they have gotten to know each other and first handedly learned the struggles CSMs have to deal with. Therefore they decided to build a tool to optimize this practice. Maxim joint as a technical co-founder and CTO in November as he believed in the vision and the importance of the topic.
