Cuesta Technologies LTD was founded in 2022 in Sofia, Bulgaria, with the goal of developing purposeful digital solutions. WeCare100 is our latest project, launched in 2024 to simplify the fragmented and often overwhelming process of finding elderly care. Currently focused on the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland), WeCare100 offers a smart, searchable directory of care homes. Our mission is to help families make confident, informed decisions about senior care. Long term, we aim to expand across Europe and North America and become the go-to platform for navigating elderly care worldwide.
About the Product
WeCare100 is an online directory that helps people find, compare, and evaluate elderly care options in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. It features structured profiles of care homes and assisted living facilities, enhanced by natural language search and AI-powered recommendations. Users can type exactly what they need — like “short-term rehab in Munich” or “dementia care in Zurich” — and immediately explore matching results. The platform makes a complex and emotional decision process easier, faster, and more transparent.
About the Team
Are you part of this team?WeCare100 was co-founded by a husband-and-wife team with complementary expertise. Our co-founder is an INSEAD MBA graduate and data analytics expert with prior experience at Amazon and Google, where he worked on large-scale data infrastructure and optimization. I bring a background in operations management, marketing, and business development, also holding an MBA. Together, we combined our skills to solve a real-world problem: helping families find the right elderly care through structured data, intelligent search, and thoughtful UX.
