7Learnings receives 10 million euros in Series B round

The AI pricing platform wants to expand to North America. Acton Capital leads the financing round.
Berlin, May 7, 2025 - Berlin-based AI startup 7Learnings has raised over 10 million euros in a Series B financing round. The round is led by Munich-based growth investor Acton Capital, with existing investor High-Tech Gründerfonds (HTGF) also participating again. The aim of the financing: international expansion, with a particular focus on North America.
7Learnings is already the market leader in Germany - now is the right time to extend this lead internationally.

The solution enables retailers and brands to make optimal pricing decisions based on predictions - automated, data-driven and along the entire value chain. The platform combines dynamic pricing, marketing optimization and purchasing management in a single system.
Profitable business model convinces investors
Remarkable: 7Learnings was already profitable before the financing round was completed - a rare case in the field of high-growth technology start-ups. CEO and co-founder Felix Hoffmann sees this as proof of the stability and scalability of the business model.

With the new financing, the company aims to further expand its position as a leading provider in the field of AI-supported pricing. The next big step: entering the North American market.
AI solution with demonstrable impact
The technology developed by 7Learnings has been validated in numerous A/B tests with well-known customers, including Westwing, Bonprix, Tom Tailor, Tamaris and DK Company. One example is the fashion retailer meinarkenmode.de, which claims to have achieved a 13% increase in sales by using the solution. Managing Director Timo Bethlehem emphasizes the rapid responsiveness and margin optimization of AI, especially under complex market conditions such as inflation or supply bottlenecks.
While AI is now appearing in almost every business model, 7Learnings impresses with its concrete ROI and clear added value for retailers.
