Berlin, January 29, 2025 - Berlin-based HR tech company builder allygatr has announced an investment in British start-up Givver. With this step, allygatr is entering the UK market for the first time, which is considered the largest HR tech market in Europe.

Givver, based in London, offers an innovative platform for automating payroll and HR processes specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The all-in-one solution enables companies to manage all payroll and HR processes seamlessly, legally compliant and time-saving - without the hassle of Excel spreadsheets or multiple systems.

Behind Givver are CEO Cynthia Aliaga and COO Elena Segura, an experienced founding team with in-depth expertise in HR and payroll. Aliaga previously gained experience at fintech scale-ups Revolut and Tymit, while Segura worked as Product Manager at HR tech unicorn Personio, among others.
