&Charge wins Stadtwerke Pforzheim as partner

The Frankfurt-based company enables e-mobility users to charge their vehicles while they shop online or find nearby offers.
Charge your e-car, shop via &Charge, collect free kilometres and continue your journey - the business concept of the Frankfurt start-up is supposed to be simple. Now, Stadtwerke Pforzheim is also working with &Charge. Customers of the municipal utility can register for free and download the Autostrom app. Those who have collected free kilometers while shopping can redeem them directly in the app. There are eight cents for every kilometre collected.
"We are very pleased about this further partnership in the field of electromobility. The cooperation with Stadtwerke Pforzheim is the next logical step for ours in the direction of cost efficiency and easy use of electromobility," says co-founder Simon Vogt of the start-up, which was founded in 2019. Customers of &Charge can shop online in addition to charging their e-cars, but also find offers in nearby restaurants and shops or search for a hotel. They can also suggest improvements to the charging infrastructure.
The managing director of Stadtwerke Pforzheim is pleased about the new partnership: "With the cooperation with the startup &Charge now beginning, we are pleased to have found a partner that creates further incentives to establish the e-car even further," says Herbert Marquard.
