The talent development platform wants to benefit from the acquisition of Klaiton's pool of over 500 coaches. However, Klaiton will retain its other core business.

The Berlin-based coaching platform Coachhub is taking over the coaching business of the Austrian company Klaiton. This company has a pool of over 500 business coaches and counts companies such as OMV, Erste Bank Group AG and Uniqa Group among its clients. Coachhub would now like to benefit from this. However, Klaiton's other core business remains the same. Klaiton also places consultants with companies and has created a software solution for this purpose.

Coachhub founder Matti Niebelschütz sees the acquisition of the coaching division as a further development of the offering. "By taking over Klaiton's coaching business, our pool will grow to over 3,500 qualified and professional coaches," he says in a company statement.

Niebelschütz hopes that this will create a win-win situation: Klaiton's customers will now benefit from Coachhub's global network and digital platform. Meanwhile, Coachhub's existing customers will be able to access the coach network that Klaiton has built up in Austria.

Klaiton's co-founder Tina Deutsch hopes that the takeover will give her company a more international focus: "I am sure that by joining forces, we can help prepare people all over the world for the challenges of the working world with our coaching services and support them in their personal development."

Coachhub describes itself as a "leading global talent development platform". The company wants to enable other companies to create a personalized coaching program. This is aimed at the entire workforce, regardless of department and career level. The company is active in 70 countries on six continents. It offers coaching in over 60 languages and supports more than 500 clients.

Meanwhile, Klaiton has set up an online platform that not only provides coaches, but also consultants: The aim is to enable companies to quickly find the right experts for their needs.
