DRIMCO secures 5 million US dollars in Pre-Series-A

The Munich-based startup DRIMCO has successfully completed a Pre-Series A financing round of 5 million US dollars. The round was led by the European venture capital firm Ventech and the Bavarian early-stage investor BayernCapital. The fresh capital will be invested in the further development of the AI platform DRIM and the scaling of the company.
Understanding requirements correctly
When it comes to tenders or requests for quotations (RFQs), industrial companies face the challenge of analyzing a large number of technical requirements, norms and standards in a short space of time. Errors in the quotation phase often lead to incorrect project planning and considerable follow-up costs. According to DRIMCO, up to ten percent of turnover is lost each year as a result.
Platform for automated requirements analysis
With"DRIM - The Next Generation Requirements AI", DRIMCO offers an AI-supported platform that automates the requirements analysis process. The technology uses multi-AI action agents to support specialist departments in the evaluation, analysis and documentation of project requirements. The platform draws on experience from previous projects and helps to identify risks at an early stage and implement compliance requirements more efficiently.
With its AI platform, DRIMCO is bringing real innovation to the previously highly manual process of tender and compliance evaluation in the industry. We see great potential for a new standard in industrial requirements management.
Christian Claussen, General Partner at Ventech
According to the company, over 100 million requirements have already been analyzed with DRIM. Customers include Siemens, KSB, Royal Smit and Innomotics. By using the platform, they expect significant savings in terms of time and costs as well as a reduction in errors during project implementation.
Further development of AI agents for industry
The founders Dr. Pankaj Gupta, Dr. Bernt Andrassy and Costin Cozan see the funding as an opportunity to further expand the AI agents. For example, with "GPTender", an agent tailored to industry that automatically extracts technical requirements and makes them accessible in dialog with the documents. The development aims to make industrial decision-making processes faster, more transparent and more reliable.
