One million euros for Triqbriq

The Stuttgart-based start-up has successfully completed its Series A round. Now the series production of the self-developed wooden building blocks is to begin.
The construction start-up Triqbriq has raised one million euros in its Series A financing round. The money comes primarily from an unnamed Hamburg family office, and existing investors are also participating again. Thanks to the newly raised capital, Triqbriq now wants to start series production.
The start-up, founded in Stuttgart in 2021, offers a solid wood construction system for houses based on standardized building blocks known as Briqs. The company manufactures these from damaged and weak wood, CO2-negative according to its own claims. The Briqs are said to be able to be combined without artificial fasteners and later be both deconstructible and reusable.
"We have some exciting projects in the pipeline for this year and are now on schedule to implement the timely delivery for them," says Triqbriq CEO Maximilian Wörner.
