Finmatch snaps up financing experts

Martin Vögele is to become part of the Management Board. This means there is now a dual leadership at the company.

Martin Vögele is joining Stuttgart-based start-up Finmatch AG as a new board member. He is to lead the financing company together with Thomas Becer - whose contract has now been "extended ahead of schedule," the company announced.

Vögele is to see to it that Finmatch grows more intensively and bring his network with him. In the areas of corporate finance and subsidies, he is considered an expert, has worked for a long time in the SME financing sector. An important station for him: for twelve years he was division manager and authorized signatory at financial advisor Rem Capital. "I was already able to follow the strong development of Finmatch in recent years from an outside perspective," Vögele said about his move. Now he is looking forward to helping shape things.

Thomas Becer is now to drive the company's growth together with Vögele. He says: "With Martin Vögele, a very competent and experienced expert joins our team. I am looking forward to a professional and inspiring cooperation on the board. Together, we will keep Finmatch on the path to success and continue to expand it"

Finmatch AG is a corporate finance platform for medium-sized companies from Germany, Austria and Switzerland. In particular, it takes care of corporate finance, the structuring of complex financing as well as the development of public funding and grants.
