The platform has received recognition from various medical specialists and scientists, including PD Dr. Fabian Blanke, team doctor of the German national ice hockey team, and Dr. Maria Moreno, a back pain expert and lecturer at Humboldt University. Both are part of the company's panel of experts and contribute to the development of training concepts.
Physical and mental health are closely linked and are becoming increasingly important issues in everyday life, both in our private and professional lives.

In addition to its platform for private customers, the start-up has developed a special offer for corporate customers. The focus here is on the typical complaints of employees in the workplace. An important difference is that the program starts with a comprehensive analysis that takes into account the wishes and complaints of the entire workforce. This ensures that the program is tailored to the specific needs of different companies.
We now want to transfer the rapid success in the B2C segment to the B2B sector and offer customized packages for corporate customers. It's a real win-win situation: fitter, healthier employees are happier and more productive, and the employer benefits too
Dr.-Ing. Martin Voss, co-founder 150 Minuten
The program for companies aims to promote the health of the workforce and thus reduce back, neck and burnout symptoms. It is pointed out that people who exercise regularly are less likely to suffer from depression. These health improvements can help to reduce sickness absence, which is associated with cost savings for companies. Companies that offer the program underline their appreciation for the health of their employees and their interest in long-term employee retention.
