Fintech iBanFirst announces its launch in Germany. Mark Elser becomes Country Manager.

The French financial services provider iBanFirst, based in Brussels, is now also offering its services in Germany. The company will be based in Munich. iBanFirst specializes in complete solutions for foreign transactions for small and medium-sized companies. "After France, Belgium and the Netherlands, it was a logical step to now also offer our online platform for international financial services in Germany," says CEO Pierre-Antoine Dusoulier. The start-up was founded in 2013.

Finance and banking expert Mark Elser has been appointed Country Manager for Germany. He was previously employed at Landesbank Baden-Württemberg. His most important tasks include the acquisition of a regional customer base and the search for employees for the German team. iBanFirst has chosen Munich as its German location. There it hopes to benefit from the direct proximity to SMEs. Tens of thousands of medium-sized suppliers, service providers and industrial companies are based here. They are export-oriented and operate globally - and therefore correspond exactly to our target group, which requires modern, international financial solutions," says Elser. The start-up's aim is to double its customer base every year.
