0TO9 strengthens German management team with fintech scene heads from Solaris and Penta

The Swedish fintech venture builder 0TO9 (Zero to Nine) is strengthening its German management team with two influential figures from the European fintech scene: Delia D. König, most recently Chief Product Officer at Solaris, and Sir Gabriel Holbach, co-founder of Penta (now Qonto). Together with Jessica Holzbach, CEO Germany and Partner at 0TO9, they will drive forward the expansion of the fintech ecosystem in Germany. The team plans to establish five new portfolio companies by the end of 2025.

New impetus for Germany as a fintech location

0TO9 is sending a clear signal with the expansion of its management team. Germany is to become a central hub of the European fintech network. The company combines capital, technology and regulatory infrastructure to get new financial companies ready for the market within a few months. A model that focuses on speed and scalability in a regulated environment.

Delia D. König: Regulation and vision for Europe

Delia D. König contributes her experience from over seven years at banking-as-a-service pioneer Solaris. There she made a significant contribution to the development of one of the European platforms for embedded finance. She also advises the German Federal Ministry of Finance in the "Digital Finance Forum" and heads the Bitkom Fintech & Digital Banking working group.

Sir Gabriel Holbach also brings over a decade of international experience in product strategy, UX design and brand development. As co-founder of Penta, he took the platform from MVP to more than 50,000 customers, later working on design systems for complex platform products at the US HealthTech Index.
