JLL Spark invests in Munich-based Probis

JLL's corporate venture capital arm has participated in the Series A financing round of Munich-based proptech company Probis

Munich, August 13, 2024 - JLL Spark Global Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of advisory firm JLL, has led the Series A financing round of Munich-based proptech company Probis. Probis develops AI-supported financial management solutions for real estate development and intends to use the new financing to further expand its cloud-based technologies.

Targeted solutions for the real estate industry

Probis focuses on providing modern financial management systems that improve the efficiency and control of real estate projects. The Munich-based startup offers a scalable cloud-based platform for financial process management aimed at real estate owners, banks, project developers and investors. Since its foundation in 2022, Probis has quickly established itself as a software for multi-project controlling in the real estate and finance sectors. The platform offers comprehensive financial control and uses artificial intelligence to optimize cost and revenue management.
