Dutch provider of document processing software solutions, Whitevision, receives strategic support for its growth plans in Europe through majority investment by Main Capital Partners

The Hague, August 20, 2024 - Main Capital Partners has announced a majority investment in Whitevision, a provider of intelligent document processing software. The investment is intended to drive the company's internationalization and product development.

Whitevision: Specialist in digital document processing

Founded in 2005 in Breda, the Netherlands, Whitevision develops software solutions that support companies in the automated processing of documents. The company's more than 1,600 customers include companies from the construction, logistics and professional services sectors. Whitevision's software enables significant efficiency gains by digitally capturing and processing more than 18 million documents annually.

Strategic partnership for growth and expansion

Main Capital Partners and Whitevision share the common goal of accelerating the company's growth both in the Netherlands and in other European markets. The investment will be used to further expand the product range and enter new markets. In addition to organic growth, a buy-and-build strategy will be used to consolidate Whitevision's position as a leading supplier in Europe.
