Investcorp acquires majority stake in VEDA

Investcorp Technology Partners invests in VEDA: A step towards HR digitization and strengthening of the market portfolio. Expanding presence in the DACH market

Investcorp, a global investment firm, has announced the acquisition of a majority stake in VEDA GmbH. VEDA is a provider of HR software solutions based in Alsdorf, Germany. The exact financial details of this transaction were not disclosed.

VEDA offers a wide range of HR software solutions, including tools for recruiting, onboarding, talent management and payroll. The company serves around 1,200 customers, including larger companies such as MAN and Lufthansa as well as numerous medium-sized companies. In 2023, VEDA generated a turnover of around 20 million euros. The company has been developing software solutions for digital HR management for more than 40 years.

This partnership will help VEDA to accelerate its growth in the DACH markets (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
