Berlin-based startup mediaire closes financing round to expand its AI solutions for MRI diagnostics internationally and open up new application areas

Berlin, Paris, November 13, 2024 - Berlin-based startup mediaire has closed a €12 million financing to further expand its AI portfolio for radiology. The round, led by LBO France with participation from IBB Ventures and Wille Finance, will enable mediaire to deploy its AI-based MRI solutions in new application areas. The financing will support international expansion and the development of additional AI solutions targeting precision and efficiency in radiology diagnostics.

Innovative AI portfolio in radiology practice

mediaire's AI-powered products - including mdbrain, mdprostate and mdknee - are already in use in over 350 clinics in Europe. These tools relieve the burden on radiologists and optimize image diagnostics, thereby accelerating clinical decisions.
