Mindfuel sells studio business and focuses fully on SaaS platform Delight

The Munich-based software company Mindfuel is undergoing a strategic change of course and will focus entirely on its core SaaS business in future. As part of this, the previous Studio business has been sold to AdEx Partners. Mindfuel is now clearly focusing on its own platform Delight, which is designed to help data- and AI-driven teams make their strategic contribution to the company's success measurable.

Delight as an operating system for enterprise AI
Delight supports data and AI teams in efficiently planning and implementing strategically relevant initiatives and making their impact visible. Similar to how sales teams rely on CRM systems, Delight structures all key workflows around idea generation, use case capture, prioritization and reporting to stakeholders.
AI-powered automation reduces manual effort, allowing teams to focus more on generating tangible business value.
With Delight, teams can:
- Manage their AI use case portfolios in a centralized and structured way,
- strengthen alignment with specialist departments and managers,
- Prioritize initiatives that actually deliver measurable value,

Mindfuel itself sees Delight as the future foundational infrastructure for any data and AI unit that wants to strategically manage and scale its projects.
Strengthening the management team
As part of the realignment, the founding team is being expanded to include another co-founder. As Chief Customer Officer (CCO), Andreas Mazat will assume responsibility for all customer-related activities. Mazat has been with Mindfuel since the early days and most recently held the role of Director Data Product Management.
He brings experience in the areas of data strategy, digital transformation and organizational development and is expected to support the scaling of the SaaS business model in particular.

The pivot will enable the company to focus on product development and consistently focus on growth in the SaaS market. Investors also welcome the strategic realignment.
