The integration of Adspert's technology into the existing retail media solution Mirakl Ads underlines the strategic importance of retail media as a growth driver in online retail.

With the acquisition of Adspert, Mirakl offers its customers - including companies such as MediaMarktSaturn, Fressnapf and Douglas in Germany - enhanced functions for the automated optimization of their advertising campaigns. Adspert's AI technology analyzes millions of data points to efficiently allocate advertising budgets and maximize campaign profitability.
