LillianCare and Idana AG have announced a cooperation to strengthen the concept of hybrid general practice care. Idana's digital medical history and patient management software solution will now be used by LillianCare to improve patient-centered care and the hybrid care model. By integrating the software, patients can complete comprehensive questionnaires prior to their visit, providing physicians with more information about the patient. The early involvement of patients in the diagnostic process is intended to increase the quality of care and patient satisfaction. Idana AG was founded in 2016 by doctors in Freiburg and aims to enable healthcare providers to deliver patient-centered care with high efficiency. LillianCare is an innovative healthcare company dedicated to tackling the shortage of doctors in Germany. Its aim is to offer medical care close to home through hybrid practices throughout Germany.
Innoloft secures 2 million euro investment

Innoloft has closed a new investment round that brings its total funding to €2 million. Led by Capital Mills, a Dutch VC, and supported by existing investors, this round reaffirms the confidence in Innoloft's business model. The company is focused on democratizing software development through its no-code platform LoftOS, which enables individuals and companies to build complex applications without coding skills.
Partnership between Blickfeld and Senstar

Blickfeld has announced a partnership with Senstar, a global technology provider in the field of sensing and information management, particularly in relation to perimeter and outdoor security. This partnership aims to complement Senstar's portfolio with Blickfeld's 3D LiDAR technology, in particular with the "Blickfeld QbProtect" sensor. This sensor is designed to improve Senstar's security systems by detecting unauthorized entry early and reliably and enabling complex applications. The collaboration will initially focus on the European market and already includes ongoing projects to secure critical infrastructure such as airports. Andreas Bollu from Blickfeld emphasizes the added value of the Blickfeld QbProtect for perimeter security, while Michael Rumpf from Senstar praises the accuracy and reliability of the 3D LiDAR technology.

The neuroflash software has been named the most popular software solution in Germany by Online Marketing Rockstars (OMR) Reviews. This award underlines neuroflash's role in the field of AI-supported content creation in Germany. The selection is based on the OMR Score, which ranks software according to its average rating and number of reviews. neuroflash has also previously received awards in other categories such as SEO Content and Content Creation. A study by 121Watt in cooperation with the Technical University of Munich shows that 50% of the decision-makers and users surveyed from various industries are already actively implementing generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) in marketing or are thinking about it.

The exact amount of the investment was agreed confidentially between David Pikart, Co-Founder of Novumstate GmbH, and Holger Ballwanz. Holger Ballwanz, CEO of REBA IMMOBILIEN AG and CEO of Hotel Investments AG, will contribute his expertise and network to support the growth of Novumstate. Novumstate aims to transform traditional property management through digitalization and modern processes. With the new capital, the company plans to advance its goals, including expanding its platform and hiring talent to provide innovative solutions. The goal is to manage 20,000 units by the end of the year and further drive digitalization.
Zolar expands leadership team with sales and solar experts

Zola has expanded its leadership team to include experts from the sales sector and the international solar market. Janine Will, former Director Sales at Facelift and in similar positions at Joblift GmbH and XING, will join Zolar as Vice President Sales from May 2024. She will lead the scaling of the sales organization as well as the development of new sales channels. Alexander Menke, formerly Vice President Product and Operations at Enpal and ex-Sunrun, joined the team as Vice President Product & Marketplace in March 2024. Menke will build up the marketplace team and lead the product area. These additions to the team will support Zolar in driving its innovation and growth strategy, as Dr. Sarah Müller, Managing Director of Zolar, emphasizes.
Mangopay appoints Ariel Shoham as VP of Risk Product

Mangopay has appointed Ariel Shoham as its new VP of Risk Product, who will support the company in further developing its fraud prevention strategies for platforms. Shoham brings extensive experience from various industries such as AI, e-commerce and fintech, including his work at Meta (formerly Facebook) and Forter. His appointment comes at a time when Mangopay is expanding its product offering to meet the needs of growing B2C and B2B platforms. This decision was positively commented on by Kirk Donohoe, Chief Product Officer at Mangopay, who praised Shoham's expertise in identity verification, financial crime and risk management.
