Paicon receives mid-single-digit million euro amount
With the help of Paicon's cloud, medical professionals will be able to develop digital solutions for the healthcare market. Bertelsmann has now invested.
Paicon has received a mid-single-digit million euro sum from Bertelsmann Investments. The German Cancer Research Center is also a shareholder in the healthcare platform.
Manasi Aichmüller-Ratnaparkhe and Christian Aichmüller founded Paicon. The start-up has developed a cloud to make it easier for doctors to develop medical products, share knowledge and handle medical data. The market launch is scheduled for next month.
"Bertelsmann Investments' investment in our young company enables us to further develop our digital solutions for the medical and pharmaceutical industries," says Paicon co-founder and CEO Manasi Aichmüller-Ratnaparkhe. "We are convinced that our health intelligence platform offers great added value for doctors and researchers in medicine."
