Parloa becomes Unicorn: 120 million US dollars financing round

The Berlin-based AI startup raises 120 million US dollars and brings the customer service of tomorrow into the present with conversational AI agents.

Berlin and New York, May 6, 2025 - The startup Parloa, founded in 2018, has received 120 million US dollars in a Series C financing round, exceeding the valuation threshold of one billion US dollars. The round was led by US investors Durable Capital, Altimeter Capital and General Catalyst. Existing investors such as EQT Ventures, RPT Capital, Senovo and Mosaic Ventures also participated.

Quadrupled turnover, strong growth in the USA

Just one year after the Series B, Parloa has quadrupled its turnover. The expansion into the USA is already having an impact: the first well-known customers have been acquired and the company is growing internationally.

Technology for real customer dialog at eye level

Parloa is developing an AI Agent Management Platform (AMP) that enables companies to deploy highly personalized, conversational AI agents in customer service. These agents learn continuously and interact naturally with customers. Major brands, including Fortune 200 companies, already rely on the platform.
