Philipp Köth becomes Director New Business at Evana

The former founder will support the proptech in its planned growth. The start-up has created a new position specifically for this purpose.

As of today, Philipp Köth will take on the new position of Director New Business at Evana. Köth already built up the start-up Flexperto as a co-founder, which was financed by Telekom. Most recently, he worked at the Telekom subsidiary T-System, where he organized the reorganization of the insurance division and advised customers on digital transformation.

"For me, Evana combines my personal passion for the real estate industry with my many years of expertise in technology and sales. Evana is also in a very exciting phase in which I want to play an active role," says Köth.

Founded in Saarbrücken in 2015, the proptech company claims to want to drive digitalization in the real estate industry. To do this, the start-up uses algorithms to analyze and evaluate databases and documents. This is particularly important for the real estate industry, where large volumes of data need to be analyzed quickly. According to the company, it has around 100 employees throughout Germany.
