Philipp Köth becomes Director New Business at Evana

The former founder will support the proptech in its planned growth. The start-up has created a new position especially for this purpose.

As of today, Philipp Köth will take over the new position as Director New Business at Evana. Köth already built up the start-up Flexperto as a co-founder, which was financed by Telekom. Most recently, he worked at Telekom subsidiary T-System, where he organized the reorganization of the insurance division and advised customers on digital transformation.

"For me, Evana combines my private passion for the real estate industry with my many years of know-how in technology and sales. In addition, Evana is in a very exciting phase in which I would like to play an active role," says Köth.

Founded in Saarbrücken in 2015, the proptech claims to want to drive digitization in the real estate industry. To do this, the start-up analyzes databases and documents with the help of algorithms and evaluates them. This is particularly important for the real estate industry, where large volumes of data have to be analyzed quickly. According to its own information, the company has around 100 employees throughout Germany.
