Stackgini leaves stealth mode - pre-seed completed

After around a year in stealth mode, Hamburg-based B2B startup Stackgini is officially making itself visible. Alongside the market launch, the company is announcing the successful conclusion of its pre-seed financing round, which was finalized in April 2024. The round was led by the early-stage investors High-Tech Gründerfonds (HTGF) and xdeck Ventures, supported by business angels from the SaaS environment. The exact amount of funding has not yet been disclosed.

Early-stage capital for a universal problem in corporate IT

Stackgini aims to solve one of the major problems of modern IT departments: fragmented, manual and slow decision-making processes in the selection and management of software solutions. In many companies, the IT landscape comprises several hundred to over a thousand applications. At the same time, new requirements arise from the specialist departments on a daily basis. Decisions are often made under time pressure and without complete transparency or structured comparison with existing solutions.

Stackgini addresses a relevant, universal problem in corporate IT. The AI-powered approach is not only innovative, but also scalable - exactly what we are looking for in early stages.

With its platform, Stackgini pursues a data-driven approach: AI models analyse existing IT stacks, contextualize new requirements and enable reuse.

Support from HTGF, xdeck and SaaS-experienced business angels

The funding enables Stackgini to consistently develop its platform further. The pre-seed round was led by HTGF and xdeck Ventures. The following business angels also participated:

First DAX customers

Although Stackgini has largely operated under the radar to date, the company has already acquired several major customers. These include DAX 40 corporations as well as medium-sized companies such as Endress+Hauser, Grünenthal, Badenova and Louis. The feedback from the field confirms the relevance of the solution.

With the official launch, Stackgini now wants to open the next chapter. The company is planning to expand its engineering, customer success and go-to-market teams. At the same time, the platform will be technically enhanced and more closely integrated with existing IT governance, architecture and procurement systems.
