M3E cooperates with Eden Reforestation Projects for reforestation
Berlin - The M3E Group has announced a partnership with Eden Reforestation Projects for the reforestation of rainforests. As part of its GHG quota service, M3E will plant three trees per vehicle applied for, supporting projects in Ethiopia and the Philippines. Through Eden's Employ to Plant approach, 8,334 trees have already been planted. Eden's "Employ to Plant" approach combines ecological, political and social dimensions and creates jobs for regions in need. This cooperation represents a major step towards the meaningful commercialization of GHG quotas and so far 8,334 trees have already been planted.

Hamburg-based impact start-up Recyclehero brings successful used clothing collection service to Cologne
Cologne - The Hamburg-based start-up recyclehero is now expanding its successful used clothing collection service to Cologne. Instead of sending used clothing abroad, the company is focusing on regional solutions. With the aim of giving as many old clothes as possible in Cologne a second chance, recyclehero is now offering a free collection service with electric cargo bikes in cooperation with VEMO. This service is aimed at private households and companies who want to dispose of their unused textiles in an environmentally friendly way. By working with local partners from the textile sector and social organizations, recyclehero aims to keep the used clothing cycle local and make Cologne more sustainable.

PV2+ reaches the state final of the Start-up BW Elevator Pitch 2023 at the AXEL Energie Startup Pokal
Karlsruhe - The start-up PV2+ has impressed at the "AXEL Energie Startup Pokal" and secured a place in the state final of the "Start-up BW Elevator Pitch 2023". They impressed the jury with their business idea of using copper instead of silver for contacts in solar cell production. With this start-up competition, the Ministry of Economic Affairs is looking for the most creative business ideas and best founders in the state for the ninth time. The preliminary rounds for the state final are organized by the partners themselves throughout Baden-Württemberg. The preliminary round of the Karlsruhe Energy Accelerator took place on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 as part of the fourth Energy Congress of the fokus.energie e.V. energy network.
