A breath of fresh air for corporate finance. StrategyBridgeAI closes an oversubscribed seven-figure pre-seed financing round and focuses on AI-based business analytics.
Munich, December 03, 2024 - Munich-based fintech startup StrategyBridgeAI has successfully closed an oversubscribed seven-figure pre-seed financing round. The round was led by D11Z. Ventures, with participation from Bayern Kapital and experienced business angels such as Kai Hesselmann, co-founder of DealCircle. The aim is to further develop the innovative business analysis platform and expand its market presence.
StrategyBridgeAI has the potential to fundamentally change business analysis and take data-based decisions to a new level.

Targeted innovation in the corporate finance industry
StrategyBridgeAI was founded in 2022 by experts from investment banking, asset management and big tech. The platform uses artificial intelligence and financial mathematical models to automate company analyses and make them more efficient. It addresses challenges such as inefficient, manual processes and delivers well-founded, transparent decisions.

In the last twelve months, StrategyBridgeAI has increased its customer base fivefold and gained numerous new partners from the M&A, private equity, audit and corporate banking sectors. In 2025, banks and auditing firms are to become more of a focus.
The startup plans to use the fresh capital:

- The development of new functions,
- And expanding into other markets.
With this financing round, StrategyBridgeAI is sending a strong signal for the future of the corporate finance industry and plans to become a new market standard in corporate analysis. The exact amount of the round was not disclosed.
