Swobbee expands cooperation with Tier Mobility

Tier has already been using the start-up's charging technology in Düsseldorf and Nuremberg since last year. Now it's taking it to Poland as well.
Swobbee and the micromobility provider Tier Mobility have already been working together in Germany for over a year. Now they have extended their partnership to Poland as part of a pilot project. In the Mokotów district of Warsaw, Tier Mobility will in future use four Swobbee stations to charge and replace the batteries of its e-scooters.
The Swobbee charging stations make it possible to change and charge batteries across manufacturers. It is possible to charge batteries for different small electric vehicles such as e-scooters, e-load bikes and e-scooters at the same time. At the four stations in Warsaw, 120 exchangeable batteries can charge simultaneously. Tier Mobility is thus optimizing its charging logistics in the Polish capital. For Swobbee, founded in 2016, the pilot project is part of its internationalization.
"Swobbee is the ideal solution for operating e-scooter fleets more efficiently and sustainably," Swobbee co-founder and head of marketing Tobias Breyer say of their startup.... "We are very excited to now continue our collaboration with Tier as a leading micromobility provider in Poland and together offer city and environmentally friendly mobility services in Warsaw." In Germany, the companies are working together in Düsseldorf and Nuremberg.
