TravelPerk secures 200 million dollars in Series E

With $200 million in fresh capital and the acquisition of Yokoy, TravelPerk strengthens its position as a leading travel and expense management platform and accelerates its expansion in the U.S.

Barcelona / Zurich, January 28, 2025 - TravelPerk, the fast-growing SaaS platform for business travel, has closed a $200 million Series E financing. With the new valuation of USD 2.7 billion, the company plans to expand into the US market and increase investment in artificial intelligence and product development. At the same time, TravelPerk announced the acquisition of Yokoy, a leading AI-powered expense and cost management platform. This acquisition enables TravelPerk to offer a fully integrated travel and expense management solution.

The investors

The funding was led by Atomico, with support from EQT Growth, Noteus Partners and Sequoia Capital. Existing investors such as General Catalyst and Softbank Vision Fund remain involved.
