Verena Pausder introduces her board team for the Startup Association, which will be running in the upcoming elections. Her aim is to promote the innovative strength of German start-ups and strengthen cooperation between start-ups and established companies.

Berlin - Verena Pausder, entrepreneur and co-founder of FC Viktoria Berlin, has announced her board team for the Startup Association. This team, consisting of nine other female founders and investors, will take part in the board elections on December 5.

Their aim is to provide fresh impetus for Germany as a business location by harnessing the innovative power of startups. Pausder emphasizes that start-ups play a decisive role in the future viability of the German economy, similar to the USA.

The current Chairman of the Startup Association, Christian Miele, is supporting Pausder in her candidacy. He emphasizes her many years of experience and her broad network in the German start-up scene.

Each individual in this team stands for entrepreneurial drive and the will to advance economic development in our country from within the start-up scene

Pausder and her team are striving to make Germany the most start-up-friendly location in Europe. This includes improving the transfer from research, facilitating access for international talent to Germany and integrating entrepreneurship into the curriculum for young people.

They are also committed to promoting deep tech start-ups and impact entrepreneurship. Pausder emphasizes the importance of increased cooperation between established companies and start-ups in order to strengthen competitiveness.

The team

Verena Pausder's "All-Star Team" is made up of Nicole Büttner, Jochen Engert, Kati Ernst, Zoé Fabian, Hélène Huby, Benedict Kurz, Magdalena Oehl, Sebastian Pollok and Helmut Schönenberger. Together, they want to contribute to the further development of the German start-up ecosystem and shape the future of Germany as a business location.
