VoiceLine receives 10 million euros Series A

AI-supported voice documentation to drastically reduce CRM effort and create real-time transparency. Focus on growth, product development and new industries.

The Munich-based AI startup VoiceLine has closed a Series A financing round of 10 million euros. The round is led by Alstin Capital and Peak, with participation from existing investors Scalehouse Capital, Venture Stars and NAP. The company intends to use the capital to expand its voice AI platform technologically, expand internationally and tap into additional industries with a high proportion of field service - including pharma, medtech, food & beverage, insurance and financial services.

AI to eliminate administrative burden in field service

Field sales and service teams spend the majority of their time with customers or traveling. Documentation, CRM maintenance and internal coordination are therefore often delayed or not completed at all. The result: incomplete data, a lack of transparency for management and significant productivity losses.

This is where VoiceLine sees its role. Employees record information after customer appointments by voice input, for example via a voice note or a call. The AI processes this content automatically and uses it to create structured visit reports, CRM entries, follow-up tasks or appointment preparations. The data is synchronized in real time with existing CRM, ERP and other company systems.

More transparency and speed for companies

Automated processing gives managers direct access to structured information from the field for the first time. Customer needs, activities and market signals become visible more quickly, enabling organizations to react faster and create personalized customer experiences.

Already in use at international industrial companies

The solution is already being used by companies such as DACHSER, ABB, Knauf, KSB and Elis - with rollouts in several countries and thousands of field service users.

  • automated handover to the back office, with up to 96% of follow-up tasks being forwarded within a few minutes.

In contrast to traditional enterprise software implementations, VoiceLine can be implemented within a few days. A proprietary implementation engine enables customized voice AI assistants with minimal IT effort and in compliance with high security and compliance requirements.
