Rhome is removing all barriers for remote work from anywhere. We are a platform that solves the seemingly unsolvable tension between an employee’s longing for flexibility and the employers need for compliance.

There are approx. 160mn rhomers in the world. Those individuals want to live and work from anywhere in the world but keep working for their employers. But right now they can’t. Because 72% of employers are blocking remote work from anywhere other than their home country. This is because they can not take informed decisions about delicate topics such as corporate tax, social security and employment law.

Rhome helps those rhomers and their employers to navigate the dangers and thresholds of working remotely from anywhere in the world. Therefore, we create a software-based global mobility solution so employers can make better and fact-based decisions about the critical risks that may lead to significant financial and legal risks if left unattended. Once we enable our rhomers to get out into the world, they find all necessary links and tool within the platform (accomodations, community, co-working spaces, etc.)
