Our goal is to enable as many people as possible to quit smoking. A part of our team are ex-smokers and they know how hard it is to stop smoking. Because there was no really good and professional online-programm for smoking cessation, we start to develop one itself.

NichtraucherHeden.de is a program (online and app) that provides professional support to quit smoking. Get smoke free in 10 days via coaching videos, tasks and a motivating community. You also get support up to 3 month after stop smoking. Motivation, fitness videos und healthy recipes help you to become a successful nonsmoker without weight gain. The health insurance in germany refund the costs of the program.

We are a interdisciplinary team of four founders. Dr. Alexander Rupp is physician and ex-smoker. He gives smoking cessation support for more than 15 years. Andy Bosch is software engineer and fort hat responsible for the technical things. Falk Müller had studied Sports and Exercise Science, Janine Mast nutrition medicine. Both have a lot of experience in healthy life coaching.
