These are the favorite tools of series founder Alex Jacobi

Podwatch, Wundervoices and Sonarbird: Alex Jacobi dances on many weddings. These five programs help him stay on top of things.

Most people feel overwhelmed on a regular basis when they're supposed to juggle job, kids, family and friends in a way that gives everyone some attention. Alex Jacobi takes it to a new level, bossing four companies at once. With Love and Date is a communications agency, Sonarbird is a podcast company, Wundervoice is a dubbing company and Podwatch regularly publishes podcast rankings. To keep track, Jacobi sticks with Front, Beautiful.ai, 15five, Miro, and Salesforce. Here, he explains why he chose these particular programs.

Mr. Jacobi, which is the most important tool for you? For me, it's Miro. I have the feeling that Miro creates a direct connection from my head to the computer. I'm actually always in creative chaos - it's where I can visualize my jumbled thoughts, get organized, and ultimately communicate and collaborate. I'm a very visual person. What used to be handmade sketches on paper are now digital mindmaps on Miro.

Beautiful a.i is also on the list. Why do you use it? Again, we're back to the topic of visuals. And my abysmal hatred of PowerPoint. I'm an audio person, but a firm believer in the power of good images to burn into memory. With Beautiful.ai, you can build great looking presentations incredibly quickly. This is due to the ingenious system of templates that are just the right combination of: fixed in design and flexible in message.

And what do you like about 15five? 15five is a performance management platform. From daily check-ins and surveys to OKRs and virtual high fives for successes, this platform is the pulse of our company culture. What makes the tool indispensable to me is the mindset behind it. 15five forces us to be positive and respectful of each other and our goals.

Salesforce is a classic as a tool. Why did it make your top 5 list? Salesforce is the central place for all customer interactions at our company, true to the motto "If it's not in Salesforce it didn't happen." We have mapped all our business processes in Salesforce, and some of them are highly automated. We see the status of all four businesses here in real time and also use AI engines to predict sales, for example.

That leaves Front. Why is this an important tool? Front has solved the email problem for us. It is, at its core, a split email client. All mail that comes in centrally via a central address is visible to all team members, enabling a smart, transparent workflow. Team members can work together on messages in real time, exchange content and distribute responsibilities and tasks. We were thus able to reduce the well-known bottleneck problem.

Thank you very much for the interview.
