These German founders made it onto the Forbes "30 under 30" list

This year's well-known Forbes list also includes numerous names of German founders. Startbase has compiled them.
Forbes has published its "30 under 30" list for Europe. It also includes numerous German founders from the financial and digital sectors, medical technology and e-commerce.
Finance category
27-year-old Marco Cancellieri is one of the top 30 under 30 in the finance category. He founded the neobroker Trade Republic together with Christian Hecker and Thomas Pischke in 2015. The fintech is now a multiple unicorn and is represented in Germany as well as Austria, France, Spain, Italy and the Netherlands. Leonie Riviere from the start-up Fina is also on the list. With her start-up, she wants to help people invest their money. Mirko Schmiedl is 27 years old and founded Staking Rewards with his brother in 2017. Forbes also recognized him for the success of his crypto comparison portal.
Social Impact category
Paul Bäumler and Ludwig Petersen from Letsact are on the Forbes list for Social Impact. They have created an app that helps volunteers find a job.
Health and medical technology category
29-year-old Nikolay Dimolarov co-founded Kranus Health in 2020. The start-up has developed a digital health app that helps men with erectile dysfunction through physical and mental exercises. Philipp Buhr (27) and Jan Hoffmann (28) also made the list. They founded Marta, an online platform on which carers can connect with senior citizens.
Production and industry category
Deevio is a start-up that aims to make quality control in industry more efficient with the help of artificial intelligence. Its founder Damian Heimel is 29 and is on the Forbes list in the Production and Industry category. 27-year-old Lea Hermanns offers flexible living options and co-working spaces in buildings with her start-up Poha Haus. The co-founders of Remberg are also in this category: David Hahn (29), Julian Madrzak (29), Hagen Schmidtchen (29) and Cecil Wöbker (27) offer a software-as-a-service platform that digitalizes service processes for industry.
Technology category
Roman Frolov, Elias Groll and Jonas Zipprick from Codesphere also made it onto the popular list. With their start-up, they enable users to easily create web apps. Gitpod is also active in software development. The open source start-up helps teams to develop software together. For his commitment as co-managing director and co-founder, Forbes named 28-year-old co-founder Johannes Landgraf as one of the 30 under 30. Meanwhile, founders Lilian Breidenbach and Charlotte Kufus impressed the jury with their Legal OS platform, which makes it easier for lawyers to draw up contracts. 29-year-old Johannes Müller also wants to make some processes easier for companies: he is co-founder of Workpath. The start-up helps companies such as SAP, IKEA and Bosch to plan and achieve their goals. Stavros Papadopoulos (29) founded the start-up Lendis together with older Julius Bolz. The software helps corporate customers to set up and manage devices, software and office furniture.
Retail and e-commerce category
Awais Shafique and Leon Szeli from Presize received the award for a tool that is revolutionizing e-commerce: With the help of artificial intelligence, Presize helps customers of online stores to order clothes in the right size. Meta bought the technology last month. Cousins Johannes Kliesch (27) and Felix Bauer (28) are also on the list in the retail and e-commerce category. They founded their socks and underwear label Snocks in 2016 and initially only sold via Amazon, then also in their own online store. 29-year-old Moritz Philipp Weisbrodt from Alaiko and his co-founder Gabriel Thomalla want to optimize logistics with a shipping system. Fashion designer Charlotte Sophie Wehberg (28), who founded her own fashion label Villa Sophie and runs an online store and three stores, is also part of the team. Since she launched the brand in 2018, its annual turnover has already reached 2.7 million US dollars, according to Forbes.
