DXI secures pre-seed funding

The team led by founders Frank Rauchfuß and Stefan Trebbin secures funding from HTGF and business angels to set a new standard for digital customer twins with PersonaX®.

Munich, April 28, 2025 - The Munich-based deep-tech startup DXI GmbH is taking off: With significant pre-seed financing from High-Tech Gründerfonds (HTGF) and experienced business angels, DXI is setting new standards in the field of digital customer twins. The financing was arranged by BayStartUP's VentureCon.

PersonaX®: The "digital customer twin" that opens up new perspectives for companies

With its PersonaX® platform, DXI enables companies to engage in interactive dialog with digital customer twins in real time for the first time. Based on the company's proprietary LIA technology ("Latent Insights Amplifier"), companies can test product ideas, develop marketing measures or optimize processes from a real customer perspective. According to the start-up, this should work faster, more authentically and significantly more cost-efficiently than with traditional methods.

PersonaX® not only maps customer twins, but also expert profiles that can independently take on tasks in areas such as CRM, support or product development.

The founders Frank Rauchfuß (CEO) and Stefan Trebbin (CAIO) pursue a clear vision: companies should be able to make decisions consistently from the customer's perspective. Thanks to the self-developed AI technology, the twins achieve over 90% model accuracy and deliver deep customer insights in real time.

In addition to HTGF, business angels from the AI and SaaS sectors are supporting the development of DXI. BayStartUP is also supporting the company's growth.

Gartner Inc. predicts that almost all companies will use digital customer twins in the next five to ten years. With numerous awards, such as the iF Design Award 2024 and the AI Paper Award from TU Dresden, DXI is already a technological pioneer in Europe.

With the current funding, DXI now wants to reach the next stage of development: fully autonomous, realistic customer twins for digital transformation in companies. The amount of the pre-seed round was not disclosed.
