Düsseldorf/Berlin, 29.04.2024 - Katjesgreenfood GmbH & Co. KG today successfully sold its approximately 25% stake in Haferkater GmbH, generating a net cash flow of around EUR 2.5 million. This decision marks the end of an extremely successful partnership since 2017 and follows the founders' desire to follow the example of companies like Patagonia and lead Haferkater on a long-term independent path.
