Main Capital Partners announces exit of JobRouter

Düsseldorf, December 5, 2024 - Main Capital Partners has successfully completed the strategic sale of JobRouter to Aptean, a global provider of industry-specific software solutions. The acquisition strengthens Aptean's offering in the field of intelligent process automation and provides both existing JobRouter customers and Aptean's global ERP customers with access to expanded software solutions.
Growth through partnership
JobRouter, based in Mannheim, Germany, specializes in low-code digitization solutions that help companies automate complex business processes. Under the management of Main Capital Partners, JobRouter has established itself as a provider in the areas of workflow automation and document management. The company's SaaS growth rate is 80%.
"The partnership with Aptean enables JobRouter to expand globally and address the needs of numerous ERP and SCM customers," said Axel Ensinger and Marcus Nagel, Co-CEOs of JobRouter. Aptean plans to continue the development of the platform while deepening existing customer relationships.
Acquisition as part of a global growth strategy
For Main Capital Partners, the exit of JobRouter marks the fifth successful sale in 2024, following transactions with companies such as Perbility, Textkernel and Enovation.
