Lab4Land 2025 launched

The Lab4Land accelerator started its sixth round on August 18. Six selected start-up teams were officially welcomed to the DSTATION KreativCampus, where they will undergo an intensive coaching program over the next three weeks. The aim is to develop their ideas into viable business models with a particular focus on rural regions.

Six teams, six ideas

The following projects have made it into the new batch:

• KlimaLaWiNA: Supports landowners and farmers in establishing agroforestry systems in an uncomplicated way. A contribution to the Wolfenbüttel climate landscape project.
• Tischlerei Landkind: An inclusive joinery with open spaces for social exchange, workshops and furniture production.
• DRINKO: Digital drinks ordering for concerts and festivals to avoid long queues and bottlenecks.
• Buddy Boost: Sustainable snacks for dogs and, above all, for environmentally conscious owners.
• Büchercafé: Combination of second-hand bookshop, café and meeting place.
• EnerlytIQ: Smart solution for households with a PV system to use solar power more efficiently and reduce electricity costs.

The variety of projects shows how broad the spectrum of ideas is.

Court pitch as a highlight

A highlight of the program is the Lab4Land farm pitch on 4 September from 4 p.m. at the DSTATION KreativCampus in Schöppenstedt. There, the founders will present their ideas in short 5-minute presentations to representatives from business, politics, science and the start-up scene.

The special feature: The pitch is embedded in a courtyard party. This creates a mixture of a relaxed atmosphere and professional networking. An opportunity for interested parties to get to know the new start-ups up close and make contacts.

Cooperation for innovation in the region

A consortium is behind the program: the Stiftung Zukunftsfonds Asse, the Wirtschaftsförderung im Landkreis Wolfenbüttel GmbH, the Wirtschaftsförderung der Stadt Wolfenbüttel, the DSTATION KreativCampus and, for the first time, the Ostfalia University of Applied Sciences.

Together, they are pursuing the goal of bringing fresh ideas to the region, promoting start-ups and anchoring innovation in the region in the long term.
