The start-up from Tübingen has developed a learning platform for managers. Leaderfy wants to use the funding to integrate new content and technologies into the platform.

Leaderfy, a company based in Tübingen, has received a six-figure innovation grant from the Invest BW program. The funds come from the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Economics, Labor and Tourism.

Leaderfy launched in Tübingen in 2021. The company has developed a learning platform for managers. The aim is for participants to learn leadership in a playful way with the help of simulations. They can try out different leadership styles and receive feedback on their leadership decisions based on scientific findings.

"In our funded project, we want to expand our leadership simulation into an automated, self-directed leadership development platform by integrating new content elements and new technologies into the simulation platform," says Leaderfy co-founder and CEO Manuel Pflumm. In doing so, Leaderfy aims to make the digital learning space even more realistic and enhance the learning experience even further.
