Mentessa wins prominent corporate advisory board

Munich-based start-up Mentessa has gained prominent support for its new corporate advisory board in the form of Inga Dransfeld-Haase, President of the German Association of Human Resources Managers, and Joachim Rotzinger, CEO of Ingentis.

Mentessa digitizes workplace rituals to bring employees together based on skills and learn from each other. Since its first round of funding last year, the company has evolved from an enterprise to a scalable SaaS model and is now planning its next phase of growth.

Mentessa is a Munich-based startup that has been developing a platform for collaborative learning since 2019. The goal is to create a silo-free corporate culture where employees learn and work from each other. After just one year, the company has already been able to win well-known customers such as Deutsche Telekom, Linde and OTPbank. In total, more than 5,000 people use the platform to find a mentor or advance their career. Mentessa recently received recommendations from NASDAQ for creating equal opportunities in the workplace.

The goal of the new Advisory Board is to support Mentessa on its mission to create a better workplace with its leadership and industry experience. The young company has quintupled its revenue in one year and expanded its team to ten people.
