The Cologne-based tech startup plans to put the investment into marketing and AI development.
Software start-up Autlay has closed a second round of investment worth millions. The company did not give an exact figure. Among the investors is the Bonn-based backer Venture Creator. Two years ago, the Cologne-based start-up was already able to collect a six-figure sum, also from Venture Creator.
The money is to be used to further develop the product and the AI. Among other things, the company is working on a self-service SaaS solution that will allow customers to independently layout automated and individualized advertising materials. It also plans to increase its marketing budget: Autlay wants to further extend its competitive edge, it said in a statement. Autlay has been offering fully automated and customized layout options since 2019. The start-up works without the common templates.
