National player Thomas Müller invests in foodtech

Vegan fish sticks, mince and nuggets - Greenforce offers these products in the form of powder for mixing. This has convinced the FC Bayern footballer.
The start-up Greenforce has brought a prominent investor on board in the form of footballer Thomas Müller. The company wants to use Müller's investment to grow further and strengthen its research and development center in Munich. The company did not disclose exactly how much the footballer has invested.
"With its philosophy, Greenforce gives each and every one of us the opportunity to consciously conserve our planet's resources and help tackle the challenges of the future," says Müller. One delivery of the vegan products has probably already gone to his teammates.
Founded in 2020, the company sells schnitzel, meatballs and scrambled eggs - but as vegan products made from pea protein. According to founder Thomas Isermann, he wants to make it easier for customers to change their diet. The vegan products allow "no compromises for the environment or taste". Most of the products in the online store are sold in powder form. The concept has already won over other celebrity backers. Joko Winterscheidt is said to have already invested in the company in 2021.
